Super Chix - Chicken & Custard

First time coming to a Super Chix and it reminds me of a 5 guys but for chicken. It tastes good but definitely tastes overpriced. It was also weird to order the first time, and you can't like upgrade your meal to a large? Thats how every restaurant works lol. Also they just had a ton of fries left out, not sure if thats the norm though.

This was our first visit, and we'll definitely return to try some of the other menu items. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was really good, as were the fried pickles I got as a side item. I believe they may have been more of a bread & butter pickle, as opposed to a dill of some sort. They have several sauces to choose from, that you get for yourself near the drink fountain. I chose Ranch and their Signature sauce, both of which were fantastic! The staff was super nice and accommodating during our visit and the bathrooms were clean. Certainly worth a visit if you're in the area...I'll definitely be back to check out one of the salads, or the Cajun sandwich.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. The rosemary pepper seasoning was amazing on the fries.

Super Chix is the chicken version of 5 Guys! Everything on the menu is à la carte and there are no combo meals. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my meal to get brought to the table, however Kamal, the manager, came out to apologize for the delay without me even prompting. Hell, I’ve spent 25 minutes waiting for crap from other McRestaurants. I’ll easily wait 15 minutes if my fries, sandwich and chicken strips are all served fresh and piping hot! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. While I was eating, Evelynn, Madison & Kamal, all stopped to check if there was anything I needed. Evelyn & Madison both told me about their frozen custard flavors. Evelyn brought me a card advertising their rewards program. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. Bags of Idaho potatoes are stacked neatly near the drink fountain and condiment bar. The bathrooms are clean. If it wasn’t such a cool night I would’ve eaten out on the patio area. I hope this company doesn’t get so big that it cuts food quality for profit like I’ve seen so many times before, (Zaxby’s, Popeyes, etc.) Keep up the good work, and stress the importance of customer service and quality to your staff and I guarantee this

Never heard of this place before but gosh oh man what a great place to eat definitely raising the level on freshness, sauces, fries, and so much more. I ordered the avocado sandwich and man the lettuce and tomato was so beautiful all packed in a potato bun so good. The service was exceptional. The place was a delightful dining room experience. Macon just leveled up with a good restaurant. I lOVE this place definitely coming back and definitely on my top fav list of places to eat.
